About Florenity

There are some of us who grew up strong before we grew up feeling safe. We learned to be responsible early. To not cry too loudly. To not ask for too much. To not make things harder for anyone else. We learned how to survive, but we didn’t always learn how to feel emotionally safe.

No one said, “está bien sentir.” No one said, “you don’t have to carry everything alone.” So many of us became dependable, resilient, and capable… but somewhere along the way, we silenced parts of ourselves just to keep going.

Florenity was born from that realization.

I created this brand during a season of learning how to soften. A season of unlearning the idea that being strong meant never breaking. I used to believe that resting meant I was behind, that feeling deeply meant I was too much, and that needing support was a weakness. Building Florenity became part of rewriting that story.

This brand is rooted in the lived experience of Latinas who are healing, especially those learning to reparent their niña interior. It’s for the woman who was called dramatic for having feelings. For the one who learned to smile instead of speak up. For the one who became strong but never felt supported.

Florenity is more than apparel. It’s intentional pieces that carry the words many of us needed growing up. It’s a reminder that softness is not weakness, that boundaries are not disrespect, and that rest is not laziness.

You are not too much. You are not behind. You are not broken.

You are becoming.

Welcome to Florenity. 🤍
